The Parkview Precinct is part of a large scale suburb development under the YarraBend project, consisting of residential houses, apartments and town houses.
The project is led by developer Glenvill Group, who has assembled a multi-disciplinary team including architects Elenberg Fraser, DKO, Rothelowman, design firm Techne, Conrad Architects, Point Architects, MDG and many more.
The precinct is just 6.5 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD. As part of the suburb masterplan, there is an emphasis on health and wellness, public amenities and art, a 2,000 square metre hospitality area, natural parks and a community orientated hub.
The Parkview Apartments are one of five unique residential offerings, with Shehan Townhouses, Papersmith Apartments, Artisan Residences and Fourdrinier House completing the masterplan.
The apartments comprise of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom configurations, spread across 118 apartments and 8 levels. The project is on track for completion December 2020.
Key interior finishes include stone benchtops and timber floors. Large windows and balcony spaces connect people with views and a connection to parkland.
Shared amenities include a landscaped rooftop with BBQ facilities, casual dining areas, a pool, heated onsen spa and full city views.
Shriro Commercial was appointed to provide a rangehood solution for all apartments. The ORU70XL 70cm undermount rangehood was selected for its high NET airflow and LED lighting to illuminate the cooking space.
