East End Apartments, located at 297 Pirie Street Adelaide, is a collaboration between SA based property developers Wellstone and national construction firm Hindmarsh Constructions. Cheesman Architects were appointed for the design of the project.
The unique development has recently completed construction, offering a wide range of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments within Adelaide. The development features of blend of materials innovation matched with the heritage and culture of its namesake; the east end.
The development comprises of 140 residences across 16 storeys, with a construction build valued at $80 million. Ground-floor tenancy has also been integrated into the development.
Key highlights of the development include glass-embraced balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of the city’s parklands and hills. Core finishes include timber flooring and stone benchtops. A shared open-air urban lounge is also available for resident’s to relax. As an Adelaide first, the development also features electric vehicle friendly parking.
Shriro Commercial was appointed to provide a comprehensive cooking package for the project.
A standardised Omega package included the OCC64TZ 60cm ceramic cooktop, OBO660X 60cm built-in oven, ORW6XA slide-out rangehood and the ODW717X 60cm freestanding dishwasher.
Optional upgrades included the OC95TXA 90cm ceramic cooktop, OO98X 90cm built-in oven and ORC93XA 90cm canopy rangehood.
